Dorothy Parson’s memories

Dot, as she is affectionately known, recently celebrated her 85th birthday and is proud to say that she has been a ‘’Horsmondenite all her life.

She was born in Mount Easy Cottage and still lives there today.

Having lived in the village all her life and been a very active member of the community, Dot has some wonderful, interesting memories and many people will no doubt have their memories jerked as they read through this fantastic memoire.

A truly amazing insight for newcomers to the village into how life was seen back in the day by a popular member of the community!
